Hold on! VNN is shaking things up

Last month, we told you VNN took part in a summer round of the LION GNI Sustainability Audit and Funding Program.

It was pretty insightful, to say the least.

One of the recommendations industry experts gave us was to intentionally judge literally everything we do. A difficult and rewarding process.

Through a comprehensive Stop Doing List exercise, VNN identified FIVE stop doing areas and FIVE do differently areas.    

Many of these items are behind the scenes; dozens of logistical tasks and efforts that I was trying to do all at once. But the truth is excessive multitasking is for the birds. We can do a few things great, or we can do a lot of things not so great.

And we want to be great. So, here’s a look at some of the most obvious changes that will result from this audit.
