Amber Alert issued for Muskogee child with kidney disorder

(MUSKOGEE, Okla.) UPDATE: Police said the Amber Alert has been cancelled after the child was found in Lawton.

ORIGINAL STORY: Muskogee Police issued an Amber Alert for an 8-year-old boy early Tuesday morning.

We’re told Jaiden Johnson was last seen wearing a black shirt, jeans, and black and purple Jordans.

Police said his noncustodial mother Temicah Simpson took him from the bus stop Monday evening, just after 5 p.m.

They said they it appears she is experiencing a mental breakdown.

The car Simpson is believed to be driving is a 2011 Nissan Maxima, Oklahoma license plate LKL668.

We’re told Jaiden suffers from a kidney disorder that requires weekly treatment and it is unknown whether she will take him in for the medically necessary treatment.
