(GRAND RAPIDS, Mich.) The Grand Rapids Fire Department is asking anyone with information about a recent fire at a commercial building to come forward.

We're told the fire happened at 666 Wealthy Street S.E. on March 14.

The fire investigator determined the fire is suspicious.

Detectives from the Grand Rapids Police Department are also investigating.

After making sure no one was in the building, firefighters worked to protect the adjoining buildings and save those businesses from getting damaged.

The GRFD wants local businesses to inform police about any suspicious activity in the area.

Business owners are also encouraged to check their security cameras on a regular basis for any criminal activity.
