Health department accepting vaccine walk-ins

(BALDWIN, Mich). With the COVID-19 vaccine now more widely available across the state of Michigan, some health departments are taking walk-ins.

District Health Department #10 which includes Crawford, Kalkaska, Lake, Manistee, Mason, Mecosta, Missaukee, Newaygo, Oceana, and Wexford Counties will accept walk-ins at their Tuesday clinics.

Walk-ins will be accepted at the Tuesday clinics starting next Tuesday May 11th.

The Tuesday clinics are taking place at all ten of DHD #10's local offices and are for people who are receiving their first shot of the vaccine.

Pfizer, Moderna, and Johnson & Johnson shots will all be available at these clinics.
